The Facilitative Way

The insights and processes in The Facilitative Way are based on international research of the Institute of Cultural Affairs and the insights of Dr. W. Edwards Deming. The Facilitative Way is written for those in positions of responsibility for individuals, teams, tasks and organizations – non-profit, governmental or for-profit. The Facilitative Way is based on thirty years experience as consultants, facilitators and trainers.

The Facilitative Way includes five approaches to working together effectively:
